Casa Cipriani is a Private Members Club in a true modern sense, aiming to bring together an eclectic community who share life's simple pleasures. Designed by Thierry Despont, the latest interpretation of the Cipriani experience will include a variety of food and beverage options, a Jazz Cafe, multiple outdoor spaces including a rooftop, 47 rooms & suites and a spa & wellness center by London-based private health club, KX. Located on the water in a landmarked 1906 Beaux-Arts property in lower Manhattan, the over 150,000 square foot space spreads out across 5 floors and provides expansive views of the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Statue of Liberty. Casa Cipriani will be unveiled in early 2021. Located on the water in Lower Manhattan, the iconic Battery Maritime Building, one of the last remaining Beaux-Arts style ferry terminals of the twentieth century, designed in 1906, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
